By installing Leavio you agree to these terms. Leavio is provided on an “as-is” basis. We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Subscription
The Starter plan is billed monthly through Shopify Billing at $9 / month after a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time from your Shopify admin; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Leavio for unlawful purposes or to survey content that is deceptive, harassing, or violates Shopify’s merchant policies.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leavio’s total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
